AV Tuning and Development is a 10,000 square foot facility housing 4 lifts, a designated fabrication area, a designated engine building area, along with 2 dyno areas. We utilize a DynoJet 224xLC for our 2WD applications and a Mainline dyno for our AWD applications. Both of our dynos include wideband 02 acquisition, pressure based acquisition, and load based tuning to simulate the conditions your vehicle will withstand on the road and provide accurate, in-depth tunes.

Our calibrators and tuners have over 35 years of experience tuning and calibrating cars, so whether you have a car right off the showroom floor or drive around in a piece of history, we have the knowledge to build your car in any way you see fit!

Consultations

Our consultation service is the perfect place to start whether you are just getting into cars or have been your entire life! Our consultations provides you an allotted time for the undivided and uninterrupted attention of our owner, head calibrator/tuner, and head technician, Anthony. PreDyno Diag.

On top of consultations, we also offer our PreDyno Diagnostic service, even to those without a dyno appointment! This procedure allows our skillfully trained technicians to lay their eyes and hands on your vehicle to diagnose, prevent, and repair anything that could cause issues on the dyno or the street! Our techs go through a 50+ point in-depth inspection of your vehicle including a smoke test, visual inspection, OBD2 reading and more! We suggest that 99% of car coming into our shop get the PreDyno Diag service to ensure not only the safety of your car on the dyno, but to allow you to enjoy your newly revised car for years to come!

Dyno Calibrations

Here at AV Tuning and Development, tuning is our bread and butter! Our team has over 35 years of combined tuning and calibrating experience on a multitude of applications, including exotics, domestics, and imports! All of our dyno tunes are written, performed, and tested in-house to ensure you are getting the right tune for your application and not just some off-the-shelf flash tune deemed to be “close enough”. We are fortunate enough to have 2 dynos at our facility; a DynoJet224xLC for 2WD applications and a MainlineDyno for our AWD applications.
